Primo Service Solution Public Company Limited, or PRI, a leader in comprehensive real estate service business, has announced a significant organizational restructuring, appointing Mr. Suphin Meesuchip as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective January 1, 2026, to enhance operational agility and elevate long-term strategic growth.

This appointment is part of a new organizational framework to support business expansion and create a stronger management structure. Mr. Surin Sahachartphokanant has been appointed to the Board of Directors to oversee the overall operations of PRI and its subsidiaries, including Britannia Public Company Limited, or BRI, which is the flagship business under the Origin Property Public Company Limited, or ORI.

Under the leadership of Mr. Suphin Meesuchip, PRI will continue to reinforce its position as a “modern comprehensive real estate service leader” that meets the needs of customers across all generations throughout their life stages, with the concept of Happy Maker for All. The organization will focus on leveraging its strengths in All-in-One Service, covering every aspect of living, while ensuring stable income through three main business groups:

  • Engineering – Engineering and building management services
  • Living Service – Services for the quality of life of residents
  • Brokerage – Real estate brokerage and consulting

The key goal is to create a service platform that connects all dimensions of real estate, generating stable recurring income and driving sustainable long-term growth.

With over 30 years of professional leadership experience in the real estate industry, Mr. Suphin Meesuchip is an executive with more than 30 years of experience in real estate-related services, specializing in managing large organizations, business expansion strategies, and elevating service standards to international levels. Before taking on the CEO role at PRI, he served as a strategic advisor at Origin Vertical Corporation (2024–2025) and held significant positions such as:

  • 2022-2024: Chief Executive Officer of Sen X Public Company Limited
  • 2019-2021: Chairman of the Board of Directors of Jones Lang LaSalle (Thailand) Limited
  • 1992-2019: Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle (Thailand) Limited
